Yusuf Ali (English) Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.(2127)*

8 An-Nur Verse 21 (24:21:15) بِالْفَحْشَٓاءِ بالفحشاء bil-fahşâ-i the immorality ف ح ش
Yusuf Ali (English) O ye who believe! follow not Satan´s footsteps: if any will follow the footsteps of Satan, he will (but) command what is shameful and wrong: and were it not for the grace and mercy of Allah on you, not one of you would(2972) ever have been pure: but Allah doth purify whom He pleases:(2973) and Allah is One Who hears and knows (all things).*

Thou art our Protector: so forgive us and give us Thy mercy; for Thou art the best of those who forgive.*

Yusuf Ali (English) Those messengers We endowed with gifts, some above others(289): To one of them Allah spoke(290); others He raised to degrees (of honour)(291); to Jesus the son of Mary We gave clear (Signs)(292), and strengthened him with the holy spirit(292-A). If Allah had so willed, succeeding generations would not have fought among each other, after clear (Signs) had come to them, but they (chose) to wrangle, some believing and others rejecting. If Allah had so willed, they would not have fought each other; but Allah Fulfilleth His plan(293).*

Yusuf Ali (English) Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Selfsubsisting, Eternal(296). No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them(297). Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend(298) over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them(299) for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).*
24 An-Nisa Verse 90 (4:90:19) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe (had) willed ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) Except those who join a group between whom and you there is a treaty(608) (Of peace), or those who approach(609) you with hearts restraining them from fighting you as well as fighting their own people. If Allah had pleased, He could have given them power over you, and they would have fought you: Therefore if they withdraw from you but fight you not, and (instead) send you (Guarantees of) peace, then Allah Hath opened no way for you (to war against them).*
25 Al-Ma'idah Verse 48 (5:48:31) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe (had) willed ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) To thee We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it(759) in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the Truth that hath come to thee. To each among you have we prescribed a law and an open way.(760) If Allah had so willed, He would have made you(761) a single people, but (His plan is) to test you in what He hath given you: so strive as in a race in all virtues. The goal of you all is to Allah. it is He that will show you the truth of the matters in which ye dispute;(762)*
26 Al-An'am Verse 35 (6:35:20) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe (had) willed ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) If their spurning is hard on thy mind, yet if thou wert able to seek a tunnel in the ground or a ladder to the skies and bring them a sign-(856) (what good?). If it were Allah.s will, He could gather them together unto true guidance: so be not thou amongst those who are swayed by ignorance (and impatience)!*
27 Al-An'am Verse 41 (6:41:9) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe He wills ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) "Nay,- On Him would ye call, and if it be His will, He would remove (the distress) which occasioned your call upon Him, and ye would forget (the false gods) which ye join with Him!"

Yusuf Ali (English) One day will He gather them all together, (and say): "O ye assembly of Jinns!(949) Much (toll) did ye take of men." Their friends amongst men will say: "Our Lord! we made profit(950) from each other: but (alas!) we reached our term - which thou didst appoint for us." He will say: "The Fire be your dwelling-place: you will dwell therein for ever, except as Allah willeth."(951) for thy Lord is full of wisdom and knowledge.*
31 Al-An'am Verse 137 (6:137:14) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe (had) willed ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) Even so, in the eyes of most of the pagans,(959) their "partners" made alluring the slaughter of their children, in order to lead them to their own destruction, and cause confusion in their religion. If Allah had willed, they would not have done so: But leave alone them and their inventions.*
32 Al-An'am Verse 148 (6:148:5) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe Had willed ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) Those who give partners (to Allah. will say: "If Allah had wished, we should not have given partners to Him nor would our fathers; nor should we have had(972) any taboos." So did their ancestors argue falsely, until they tasted of Our wrath. Say: "Have ye any (certain) knowledge? If so, produce it before us. Ye follow nothing but conjecture: ye do nothing but lie."*
33 Al-An'am Verse 149 (6:149:6) شَٓاءَ شاء şâe He (had) willed ش ي أ
Yusuf Ali (English) Say: "With Allah is the argument(973) that reaches home: if it had been His will, He could indeed have guided you all."*

Yusuf Ali (English) O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean;(1278) so let them not, after this year of theirs,(1279) approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty,(1280) soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, Allwise.*
