Yusuf Ali (English) And who is more unjust than he who forbids(117) that in places for the worship of Allah, Allah.s name should be celebrated?-whose zeal is (in fact) to ruin them? It was not fitting that such should themselves enter them except in fear. For them there is nothing but disgrace in this world, and in the world to come, an exceeding torment.*

Yusuf Ali (English) Or(138) do ye say that Abraham, Isma´il Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes were Jews or Christians? Say: Do ye know better than Allah. Ah! who is more unjust than those who conceal the testimony they have from Allah. but Allah is not unmindful of what ye do!*

Yusuf Ali (English) Who can be more wicked than one who inventeth a lie against Allah, or saith, "I have received inspiration," when he hath received none, or (again) who saith, "I can reveal the like of what Allah hath revealed"? If thou couldst but see how the wicked (do fare) in the flood of confusion at death! - the angels stretch forth their hands, (saying),"Yield up your souls:(915) this day shall ye receive your reward,- a penalty of shame, for that ye used to tell lies against Allah, and scornfully to reject of His signs!"*
6 Al-An'am Verse 144 (6:144:25) اَظْلَمُ اظلم azlemu (is) moreunjust ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) Of camels a pair, and oxen a pair; say, hath He forbidden the two males, or the two females, or (the young) which the wombs of the two females enclose? - Were ye present when Allah ordered you such a thing? But who doth more wrong than one who invents a lie against Allah, to lead astray men without knowledge? For Allah guideth not people who do wrong.

Yusuf Ali (English) Or lest ye should say: "If the Book had only been sent down to us, we should have followed its guidance better than they." Now then hath come unto you a clear (sign)(982) from your Lord,- and a guide and a mercy: then who could do more wrong than one who rejecteth Allah.s signs, and turneth away therefrom? In good time shall We requite those who turn away from Our signs, with a dreadful penalty, for their turning away.*
8 Al-A'raf Verse 37 (7:37:2) اَظْلَمُ اظلم azlemu (is) moreunjust ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) Who is more unjust than one who invents a lie against Allah or rejects His Signs? For such, their portion(1018) appointed must reach them from the Book (of decrees): until, when our messengers (of death) arrive and take their souls, they say: "Where are the things that ye used to invoke besides Allah." They will reply, "They have left us in the lurch," And they will bear witness against themselves, that they had rejected Allah.*
9 Yunus Verse 17 (10:17:0) اَظْلَمُ اظلم azlemu (is) morewrong ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) Who doth more wrong than such as forge a lie against Allah, or deny His Signs? But never will prosper those who sin.

Yusuf Ali (English) Who doth more wrong than those who invent a life against Allah. They will be turned back to the presence of their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord! Behold! the Curse of Allah is on those who do wrong!-

Yusuf Ali (English) "These our people have taken(2345) for worship gods other than Him: why do they not bring forward an authority clear (and convincing) for what they do? Who doth more wrong than such as invent a falsehood against Allah.*
12 Al-Kahf Verse 57 (18:57:2) اَظْلَمُ اظلم azlemu (is) morewrong ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) And who doth more wrong than one who is reminded of the Signs of his Lord, but turns away from them, forgetting the (deeds) which his hands(2401) have sent forth? Verily We have set veils over their hearts lest they should understand this, and over their ears, deafness, if thou callest them to guidance, even then will they never accept guidance.*

Yusuf Ali (English) And who does more wrong(3501) than he who invents a lie against Allah or rejects the Truth when it reaches him? Is there not a home in Hell for those who reject Faith?*

Yusuf Ali (English) And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak,(592) are ill-treated (and oppressed)?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!"(593)*

Yusuf Ali (English) The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger!(3084)*

Yusuf Ali (English) A divorce is only(256) permissible twice: after that, the parties should either hold Together on equitable terms, or separate with kindness.(257) It is not lawful for you, (Men), to take back any of your gifts (from your wives), except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah.(258) If ye (judges) do indeed fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah, there is no blame on either of them if she give something for her freedom. These are the limits ordained by Allah. so do not transgress them if any do transgress the limits ordained by Allah, such persons wrong (Themselves as well as others).(259)*
21 Al-Baqarah Verse 254 (2:254:22) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûn(e) (are) thewrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) O ye who believe! Spend out of (the bounties)(294) We have provided for you, before the Day comes when no bargaining (Will avail), nor friendship nor intercession(295). Those who reject Faith they are the wrong-doers.*

Yusuf Ali (English) If any, after this, invent a lie and attribute it to Allah, they are indeed unjust wrong-doers.

Yusuf Ali (English) We ordained therein for them(754): "Life for life, eye for eye, nose or nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." Yusuf Ali (English) Say: "O my people! Do whatever ye cans:(957) I will do (my part): soon will ye know who it is whose end will be (best) in the Hereafter: certain it is that the wrong- doers will not prosper."*

Yusuf Ali (English) O ye who believe! take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love infidelity above Faith: if any of you do so, they do wrong.

Yusuf Ali (English) But she in whose house he was, sought to seduce him(1666) from his (true) self: she fastened the doors, and said: "Now come, thou (dear one)!" Yusuf Ali (English) Think not that Allah doth not heed the deeds of those who do wrong. He but giveth them respite against a Day when the eyes will fixedly stare in horror,-
31 Al-Isra Verse 47 (17:47:14) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûne the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) We know best why it is they listen, when they listen(2232) to thee; and when they meet in private conference, behold, the wicked say, "Ye follow none other than a man bewitched!"*
32 Al-Isra Verse 99 (17:99:21) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûne the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, has power to create the like of them(2305) (anew)? Only He has decreed a term appointed, of which there is no doubt. But the unjust refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude.(2306)*
33 Maryam Verse 38 (19:38:7) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûne the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) How plainly will they see and hear, the Day that they will appear before Us! but the unjust today are in error manifest!(2490)*
34 Al-Anbiya Verse 64 (21:64:7) الظَّالِمُونَۙ الظالمون zzâlimûn(e) (are) thewrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) So they turned to themselves and said, "Surely ye are the ones in the wrong!"(2721)*
35 An-Nur Verse 50 (24:50:16) الظَّالِمُونَ۟ الظالمون zzâlimûn(e) (are) thewrongdoers ظ ل م

Yusuf Ali (English) "Or (Why) has not a treasure been bestowed on him, or why has he (not) a garden for enjoyment?"(3061) The wicked say: "Ye follow none other than a man bewitched."(3062)*

Yusuf Ali (English) The Unbelievers say: "We shall neither believe in this scripture nor in (any) that (came) before it."(3834) Couldst thou but see when the wrong-doers will be made to stand before their Lord, throwing back the word (of blame)(3835) on one another! Those who had been despised will say to the arrogant ones:(3836) "Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!"*
41 Fatir Verse 40 (35:40:29) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûne the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) Say: "Have ye seen(3932) (these) ´Partners´ of yours whom ye call upon besides Allah. Show Me what it is they have created in the (wide) earth. Or have they a share in the heavens? Or have We given them a Book from which they (can derive) clear (evidence)?- Nay, the wrong-doers promise each other nothing but delusions.*
42 Al-Hujurat Verse 11 (49:11:40) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûn(e) (are) thewrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) O ye who believe! Let not some men among you laugh at others:(4929) It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some women laugh at others: It may be that the (latter are better than the (former): Nor defame nor be(4930) sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (indeed) doing wrong.*
43 Al-Mumtahanah Verse 9 (60:9:21) الظَّالِمُونَ الظالمون zzâlimûn(e) (are) thewrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) Allah only forbids you, with regard to those who fight you for (your) Faith, and drive you out of your homes, and support (others) in driving you out, from turning to them (for friendship and protection). It is such as turn to them (in these circumstances), that do wrong.
44 Al-Baqarah Verse 35 (2:35:19) الظَّالِم۪ينَ الظالمين zzâlimîn(e) the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) We said: "O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden(50); and eat of the bountiful things therein as (where and when) ye will; but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression(51)."*
45 Al-Baqarah Verse 124 (2:124:19) الظَّالِم۪ينَ الظالمين zzâlimîn(e) (to) thewrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands(123), which he fulfilled: He said: "I will make thee an Imam(124) to the Nations." He pleaded: "And also (Imams) from my offspring!" He answered: "But My Promise is not within the reach of evil-doers."*
46 Al-Baqarah Verse 145 (2:145:32) الظَّالِم۪ينَۢ الظالمين zzâlimîn(e) the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) Even if thou wert to bring to the people of the Book all the Signs (together), they would not follow Thy Qiblah; nor art thou going to follow their Qiblah; nor indeed will they follow(150) each other´s Qiblah. If thou after the knowledge hath reached thee, Wert to follow their (vain) desires,-then wert thou Indeed (clearly) in the wrong.*

Yusuf Ali (English) And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah(207). but if they cease(208), Let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression.*

Yusuf Ali (English) Hast thou not Turned thy vision to one who disputed with Abraham(302) About his Lord, because Allah had granted him power? Abraham said: "My Lord is He Who Giveth life and death." He said: "I give life and death". Said Abraham: "But it is Allah that causeth the sun to rise from the east: Do thou then cause him to rise from the West." Thus was he confounded who (in arrogance) rejected faith. Nor doth Allah Give guidance to a people unjust(303).*
49 Ali 'Imran Verse 57 (3:57:11) الظَّالِم۪ينَ الظالمين zzâlimîn(e) the wrongdoers ظ ل م
Yusuf Ali (English) "As to those who believe and work righteousness, Allah will pay them (in full) their reward; but Allah loveth not those who do wrong."
