Yusuf Ali (English) When there comes to them some matter touching (Public) safety or fear, they divulge it. If they had only referred it to the Messenger, or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have Tested it from them (direct). Were it not for the Grace and Mercy of Allah unto you, all but a few of you would have fallen into the clutches of Satan.(602)*
6 Al-Ma'idah Verse 104 (5:104:9) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ and to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) When it is said to them: "Come to what Allah hath revealed; come to the Messenger.: They say: "Enough for us(810) are the ways we found our fathers following." what! even though their fathers were void of knowledge and guidance?*
7 Al-A'raf Verse 65 (7:65:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the ´Ad people,(1040) (We sent) Hud, one of their (own) brethren: He said: O my people! worship Allah. ye have no other god but Him will ye not fear ((Allah))?"*
8 Al-A'raf Verse 73 (7:73:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the Thamud people(1043) (We sent) Salih, one of their own brethren: He said: "O my people! worship Allah. ye have no other god but Him. Now hath come unto you a clear (Sign) from your Lord! This she-camel of Allah is a Sign unto you: So leave her to graze in Allah.s earth, and let her come to no harm, or ye shall be seized with a grievous punishment.(1044)*
9 Al-A'raf Verse 85 (7:85:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the Madyan people(1053) We sent Shu´ayb,(1054) one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah. Ye have no other god but Him. Now hath come unto you a clear (Sign) from your Lord! Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order: that will be best for you, if ye have Faith.*
10 Al-Anfal Verse 44 (8:44:0) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) And remember when ye met, He showed them to you as few in your eyes, and He made you appear as contemptible in their eyes:(1214) that Allah might accomplish a matter already enacted. For to Allah do all questions go back (for decision).*
11 Hud Verse 50 (11:50:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the ´Ad People (We sent) Hud, one of their own brethren. He said: "O my people! worship Allah. ye have no other god but Him.(1545) (Your other gods) ye do nothing but invent!*
12 Hud Verse 61 (11:61:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the Thamud People (We sent) Salih, one of their own brethren.(1556) He said: "O my people! Worship Allah. ye have no other god but Him. It is He Who hath produced you(1557) from the earth and settled you therein: then ask forgiveness of Him, and turn to Him (in repentance): for my Lord is (always) near, ready to answer."*
13 Hud Verse 84 (11:84:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the Madyan People(1582) (We sent) Shu´aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah. Ye have no other god but Him. And give not short measure or weight: I see you in prosperity,(1583) but I fear for you the penalty of a day that will compass (you) all round.*
14 Al-Hajj Verse 76 (22:76:7) وَاِلَى والى ve ila And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) He knows what is before them and what is behind them: and to Allah go back all questions (for decision).(2859)*
15 An-Nur Verse 42 (24:42:5) وَاِلَى والى ve ila And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) Yea, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and to Allah is the final goal (of all).(3018)*
16 Al-'Ankabut Verse 36 (29:36:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) To the Madyan (people) (We sent) their brother Shu´aib. Then he said: "O my people! serve Allah, and fear the Last Day: nor commit evil on the earth, with intent to do mischief."
17 Luqman Verse 22 (31:22:12) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) Whoever submits his whole self to Allah, and is a doer of good, has grasped indeed the most trustworthy handhold:(3609) and with Allah rests the End(3610) and Decision of (all) affairs.*
18 Fatir Verse 4 (35:4:8) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) And if they reject thee, so were messengers rejected(3875) before thee: to Allah back for decision all affairs.*
19 Fatir Verse 18 (35:18:32) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) Nor can a bearer(3900) of burdens bear another´s burdens if one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load. Not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other). Even though he be nearly(3901) related. Thou canst but admonish such as fear their Lord unseen(3902) and establish regular Prayer.(3903) And whoever purifies himself does so for the benefit of his own soul; and the destination (of all) is to Allah.*
20 Az-Zumar Verse 65 (39:65:4) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ and to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) But it has already been revealed to thee,-(4338) as it was to those before thee,- "If thou wert to join (gods with Allah., truly fruitless(4339) will be thy work (in life), and thou wilt surely be in the ranks of those who lose (all spiritual good)".*
21 Ash-Shura Verse 3 (42:3:4) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ and to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) Thus doth (He) send inspiration to thee as (He did) to those before thee,-(4528) Allah, Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom.*
22 Al-Ahqaf Verse 30 (46:30:18) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ and to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) They said, "O our people! We have heard a Book revealed after Moses, confirming what came before it: it guides (men) to the Truth and to a Straight Path.

Yusuf Ali (English) To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth:(5280) and all affairs are referred back to Allah.*

Yusuf Ali (English) And at the Mountains,(6105) how they are fixed firm?-*
26 Al-Ghashiyah Verse 20 (88:20:1) وَاِلَى والى ve ilâ And towards إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) And at the Earth,(6106) how it is spread out?*
27 Ash-Sharh Verse 8 (94:8:1) وَاِلٰى والى ve ilâ And to إِلَىٰ
Yusuf Ali (English) And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.(6193)*
