To them came messengers with Clear (Signs); but they put their hands(1883) up to their mouths, and said: "We do deny (the mission) on which ye have been sent, and we are really in suspicious (disquieting) doubt(1884) as to that to which ye invite us."*

Now send ye then one of you with this money of yours(2353) to the town: let him find out which is the best(2354) food (to be had) and bring some to you, that (ye may) satisfy your hunger therewith: And let him behave with care and courtesy, and let him not inform any one about you.*

Yusuf Ali (English) So We listened to him: and We granted him Yahya: We cured his wife´s(2747) (Barrenness) for him. These (three) were ever quick in emulation in good works; they used to call on Us with love and reverence, and humble themselves before Us.*
